    Our online group classes offer you a unique opportunity to complete TLF Signature holistic workouts with live coaching, form corrections, expertise, modifications, dope music, and more from Coach Tae. The perfect combination of personal & group training for an affordable rate! The workouts delivered will focus one one or more of the core training principles below: - AGILITY - CONDITIONING - ENDURANCE - POWER - STABILITY - STRENGTH These classes give you get the benefits of a personal training form corrections, personal challenges, and motivation while still in the environment of a group fitness class. You can maximize your class experience by following these 3 simple steps below: 1. Stream your class from your smart device or laptop to a big screen of your choosing (you can also use an HDMI adapter cable to connect your device to another screen). 2. Position your connected device at least 5ft from you and at least 3 feet from the floor. (this will provide our coaches with the visual of your form to provide corrections) 3. Turn your camera on. - Classes are NOT recorded - Every single one of us is capable of improving our health, wellness, and quality of life through daily holistic fitness habits.
